The Annual General Meeting of the Halifax Water Board of Commissioners will be taking place online this year.
How To Register
The 2020 AGM will take place through GoToWebinar, an online video conference/webinar platform.
Members of the public who wish to virtually attend the AGM may register through the link below.
Registered attendees will receive a confirmation email that includes the custom link for that registered attendee to join the meeting when it begins. These links cannot be shared, they will only work for one person.
A reminder email including the link to join the AGM will be sent to all registered attendees approximately one hour before the AGM begins.
How To Participate
Members of the public who wish to speak at the virtual AGM must register (details above) and use the "Raise Hand" function during the meeting to be given the opportunity to speak during the final portion of the Annual General Meeting. Attendees will not be seen on video, they will only have audio capabilities. Speaking time may be limited to 10 minutes per speaker.

We ask that any attendees wishing to speak wear headphones during their time to speak to prevent any audio feedback issues.
