Until approximately 4:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking a sewer main repair near 986 Barrington Street, Halifax.
Crews will continue work on this repair beginning 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8th. Please note this work will be 24/7 until approximately 4:00 PM on Friday, July 11th.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
