To maintain high-quality water throughout the Halifax water distribution system, crews have installed an automated hydrant flushing unit near Costco on Chain Lake Drive in Halifax.
The hydrant flusher will automatically flow water from 10:00 PM until 12:00 AM (midnight) and from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM for approximately one month.
