From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 20, Halifax Water crews will perform a wastewater system repair near the intersection 1 Farrell Street, Dartmouth. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be stop-and-go traffic on Farrell Street near the intersection of Farrell Street and Windmill Road. Windmill Road will have an altered centre line. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
