Gil-Son Construction, on behalf of Halifax Water, will be reinstating (sodding, paving etc…) the wastewater pump station property near the end of Judy Anne Court, Lower Sackville and within Judy Anne Court Park. Upgrades to the pump station were completed last fall.
This work will take place from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday, June 8th until Friday, June 11th.
Access to Judy Anne Court Park and the mailboxes in the adjacent area may be reduced at times during this work. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site as needed to ensure the protection of staff, contractors, and the public.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
There will be no loss of water, wastewater, or stormwater services during this work. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
