From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, April 12, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking geotechnical investigation work near the intersection of Connaught Avenue and Chebucto Road, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be rolling sections of stop-and-go traffic near the intersection of Connaught Avenue and Chebucto Road. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
