From 8:00 AM to approximately 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, Halifax Water crews will be on-site performing a manhole repair near 3368 Albert Street. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Albert Street will be open to local traffic only between Devonshire Avenue and Duffus Street. Detours will be in place. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
