From 9:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 23 Halifax Water crews will be on-site performing two manhole replacements near 6 Heathside Crescent, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Heathside Crescent will be open to local traffic only between Parkland Drive and Blue Thistle Road. Detours will be in place. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will be open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
