From 8:00 AM on Wednesday, May 27 until approximately 6:00 PM, Halifax Water crews will perform a stormwater system repair near 2243 Maynard Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Maynard Street will be open to local traffic only between Armoury Place and Nora Bernard Street. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. The sidewalks in the work zone will be open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
