Until approximately 4:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be performing wastewater system maintenance on Herring Cove Road between the Armdale Rotary and Purcells Cove Road, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
The outbound sidewalk in this area will be closed. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage pedestrian traffic flows.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
