From 11:00 PM on Friday, November 28 to 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 29, Halifax Water crews will be performing wastewater system maintenance on the Bedford Highway between Union Street and River Lane, Bedford. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be lane reductions in the work zone. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
