From 10:00 PM on Saturday, December 6 to 10:00 AM on Sunday, December 7, the following traffic impacts will be in place for Wastewater System Maintenance:
- There will be lane reductions on the Bedford Highway at the intersection with Union Street, Bedford.
- There will be lane reductions on the Bedford Highway at the intersection with Hammonds Plains Road, Bedford.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
