From 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 24, Halifax Water crews will be conducting wastewater system maintenance on sections of Kempt Road, Halifax.
There will be rolling sections of stop-and-go traffic on Kempt Road between Young Street and Lady Hammond Road. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
