From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on September 15 to 17, Halifax Water crews will be performing wastewater system maintenance on Morris Street and South Park Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
The following traffic impacts will be in place for the duration of this work:
- There will be stop-and-go traffic on Morris Street at the intersection with Dresden Row. Sidewalks will remain open.
- There will be stop-and-go traffic on South Park Street between Morris Street and South Street. Sidewalks will remain open.
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
