Halifax Water is advising customers serviced by the Bomont Water Supply Plant that water services will be temporarily shut down beginning at 10:00 AM today for water system maintenance.
Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this maintenace. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. To learn more about discoloured water and to report it, please visit www.halifaxwater.ca/discoloured-water.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
