From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, Halifax Water crews will be performing water system upgrades near 1 Langdon Drive, Dartmouth. Impacted water service customers were notified in advance of this work.
The following traffic impacts will be in place for the duration of this work.
- There will be stop-and-go traffic near the intersection of Langdon Drive and Mount Edward Road, Dartmouth.
- There will be a lane reduction on Main Street near the intersection with Ridgecrest Drive, Dartmouth.
Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. To learn more about discoloured water and to report it, please visit www.halifaxwater.ca/discoloured-water.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
